Noah’s Ark Found in Turkey is a big hoax
Written by Ryan Hackintosh on Thursday, April 29th, 2010
Noah’s Ark Found in Turkey is really a hoax. It’s a big big big joke after all! A lot got tricked because these thick-faced explorers have the guts to lie to the whole world, claiming that they really found the magical Ark of Noah. The picture above is a great example of a found Noah’s ark that was found and brought to the city.
Christian’s biblical figure Noah, has been famous for his ark and the 40 days of flood all over the earth. Based on what is written in the Bible, the Lord during Noah’s time was pissed off with the entire people on his planet and decided to wash them out off because of so much evilness.
The Lord decided to bring a great flood all over the planet. Since Noah has been the Lord’s servant, the Lord decided to spare him and his family.
He summoned him to build an ark so that they can survive the great flood. The Lord told Noah to bring with him a pair of each animal existing as well as his sons and their wives.
Indeed the great flood came and Noah and his companions survived because they situated themselves inside the floating ark. After 40 days and when the waters of the earth has dried up, the ark they used was believed to have settled in Mt. Ararat, a dormant volcano in Turkey.
A group of archaeologists have discovered what they are almost certain is the remains of of the ark at an altitude of 4000m in Mt. Ararat.
A structure with wooden beams separated into a number of compartments has been found. Carbon dating puts its age at 4,800 years, which is consistent with the Biblical flood record. No settlement has been found above 3,500m in the area.
So before you believe in a story, confirm from reliable sources first. Or you’ll be one of the morons in planet Earth who gets fooled easily.

Much stranger things have been found. So you really should learn your facts and not go gossiping or whatever about something you clearly know nothing about.

If Noah’s Ark landed more than 7000 feet above sea level (as is allegedly the case) then explain how the kangaroos and koalas got to Australia, if it happened to be under water at the time (Mainland Australia’s highest point is lower than the height of “Noah’s Ark”). They certainly couldn’t have crossed a land bridge, since Australia is kind of an island. Not to mention it’s an island whose indigineous people have been there FOR MORE THAN 43,000 years (yes, that’s only about 38,000 more years than this flood that wiped out the world supposedly happened). Having faith in a god doesn’t mean you have to believe every single thing the people who started a religion created. Yes, created. Well, I guess they didn’t create the flood story, since even that legend dates back more than 1500 years before Christians co-opted it.

You are obviously a very scared homosexual- and you should be. The lifestyle you have chosen is an anti-lifestyle and you are now a servant to Lucifer. Imagine if your father chose this path, you would not exist. However, whilst you are still alive, you have the time to change your ways and be forgiven. Make no mistake about this, your actions and those of all homosexuals is in stark contrast to what nature intended. If we all chose your way, mankind would cease to exist in 100 years or less. The devil’s delight would be for this to happen.

IF the ark is proven to be real, I pray God will use this to give you faith in the rest of the Bible – starting with the need to repent from sin and belive in Christ as your Savior. I’ve been an enemy of the Bible before and I thank God I am no longer one. But it was only by God’s grace and the few good examples of Christians that I found out there that exemplified the love of God and led me to have faith in Him. God sent his son to die for sinners that hate him regardless of the fact that they hate him – so long as they come to faith while there is still time. If they run out of time and die in their sins without accepting Christ as their savior, only His justice will apply to them – not love, not forgiveness, not mercy, and not Grace. I pray you make your decision in time.

Chadachada123, I also suspect this current claim is a hoax, but the articles you linked do not ring true to me. In both of them, Price is quoted as believing this is a hoax or being of the opinion that this is a hoax, but in the second link, he also says he was part of it and knew about it as early as summer of 2009. Which is it? Does he believe it is a hoax or does he know it is a hoax because he was part of it? Maybe he just wants to save his reputation by being vague about his involvement… In any event, it will be interesting to see how this plays out from here. Having provided a picture of a compartment reported to be part of the Ark, this group will be compelled to produce that compartment on location (an undertaking of momumental proportion) unless they hadn’t thought that far ahead or never intended for their hoax to hold up. I think more compelling evidence of a hoax is the poor quaility (content and angles) of the footage provided which seem intentionally to provide inconclusive images. I hope I’m wrong about this being a hoax, but I am skeptical by nature. Still, I will hold out hope until more comes to light.

Opinion Polls should we have them?
As an observer daily I see through the media, the need for opinion polls to help people to think or not on issues that may or may not affect them. I suppose they will continue indefinitely while someone has something to say which includes me. In general we all have the capacity to assimilate information fed to us through various channels print, radio, television and the internet.
This an example of an opinion.
Fiction: Some time ago a group of people in a faraway land found on top of a big hill some old wood embedded in some old ice and under some old stones.
Let me rephrase that
Fact: A group of explorers uncovered a structure made of crafted timber some 4000metres up on the side of Mount Ararat in Turkey buried in a glacier and under volcanic rocks in April 2010.
Which is fact and which is fiction?
The reality is everybody has an opinion some based on fact and some on fiction, we can go left or right, make decisions based on fact or fiction, emotions or logic.
Lets take it a step further.
For millenniums Mankind has been fascinated with the beginning of the universe, mankind and how we got here. Some look for answers based on opinions of their peers whether they be fact or fiction.
Some believe in God and some don’t.
Some believe in facts about God and some believe in fiction about God.
Some believe in science and some don’t.
Some believe in facts about Science and some believe in fiction about Science.
My point is we enjoy having an opinion whether it is based on fact or fiction it makes us feels important.
The fact is that we are conscious of our own personal existence and living and some of us ask the following questions.
Where did mankind come from?
How did the universe form?
For answers to these questions we can search for facts, based on what we see and the unseen (such as wind, magnetism, radio waves etc) or fiction based on opinions, emotions and theories.
The answers are out there is you look carefully. Start with the bible is it fact or fiction? Find out for yourself.
Finally I wouldn’t be surprised if there was an opinion poll on this.

Regarding “The Ark of the bible is found”.
I declare myself to be, Iain Barton, British, 66 years old, “atheist” relating to religion and “agnostic” relating to some of science.
“Atheistic” relating to religion, because a great deal of what is stated in religion is all rather silly, not just the Christian, but all religions, the world is only ten to twelve thousand years old, it was created from start to finish in seven days, inclusive of the traditional “rest day”, the statement that we all came from the incest caused by God only creating one pair of beings, (with all that interbreeding, it’s no wonder we are as stupid as we are, plus, through the ages, Adam and Eve have always been depicted as being “white folk”, oh yeah, really!), talking snakes, it’s all Eve’s fault, (so women have been “second class citizens: ever since), whales swallowing people and spitting them out a few days later, still hale and hearty, people living to be over a thousand years old, gods with a multitude of arms, heads like elephants or monkeys, and the world is not actually a planet, but is precariously sited on the back of an enormous turtle, etc etc etc, ad infinitum.
“Agnostic” by the definition of the condition as “unconvinced”, relating to a lot of science. This is by reason of the fact it is an unfinished book, and one that has re written itself several times over and will continue to do so till the end of time, as the “latest discovery” or “latest theory” is triumphantly unveiled, discounted, argued over, modified, etc etc etc, ad infinitum.
Seems God was always putting on great displays of his power, as with the purported “ark”, when there was no reason to do so, he drowned everyone that was left there to see, record and report it, other than Noah “et al”? So, what was the point of all that building what was impossible to build, even today, all the “two by twoing” that went on, seemingly collection specimens that were totally unknown at the time, from countries that were unknown at the time and impossible to get to at that time?
By this mark, it would appear that “God” is neither, always right, all powerful and all knowing. Why, and how dare I say so? Because it says so, right there in the Old Testament Bible, it is littered with “wipe outs”, “start again’s” and even his “great creation” and “plan” started to fall apart just a few weeks after he finished it? “Q.E.D.”
(“quod erat demonstrandum, which means “that which was to be demonstrated”, or, “it has been proved”).

I personally believe in God, and that the truth of the Bible, and that Noah and the worldwide flood were real events. My choice to believe these things is not based on whether this find is a hoax or not. All the name calling in the world cannot decide who is right or wrong. Name calling does not decide what is truth, nor is it effective at convincing the opposition. Jesus certainly would not have stooped to name calling, but instead certainly would have stooped to pray for the mocker. Further one’s opinion about whether Noah’s flood is literal or fiction, or whether this story of a find or its report are truth or fiction cannot determine what is actual truth. While I choose to believe the Bible is reporting a literal event in this regards, this choice does not exclude your right to believe something else.

Those that doubt the Bible based on their opinions asserte themselves as God having the audacity to proclaim themselves as the authenticator of God’s existence based on how “THEY” see it. That is a person you do not want on someones Jury for a trial. The bible (just looked at as text) is a book that has turned the world upside down for centuries. So for any person to lower the book to a mediocre peice of self-written man maid text because “it is what they, get ready for it, BBBEEEIIILIIIIIEEEEVVVEEE, is pure arogance of the one posturing to make such a claim. It is conceit in the highest form. They can’t beleive in God because they are to busy pretending they are. This is why, if there is a hell (which I believe their is) is full of people that valued their own opinions above the bible. Rejecting it becasue it was “written by man” but solely on a man maid opinion to do so.

You can just feel the xtian love in some of these posts.
People, get your heads out of your asses. Religion is nothing more than self-imposed ignorance perpetuated by your religious leaders. Ancient man developed beliefs in gods due to the fact they did not understand the world around them and what made things happen. Since there was no logical way to explain things at the time, it was attributed to magic. But, since man has no magical powers, there must be some other unseen magical creatures making things happen. We came to call these creatures gods. Each culture eventually had there own gods, and soon it was a contest to see who had the most powerful gods. As time passed the gods had more and more power attributed to them, able to perform even more spectacular feats. The cultural leaders realized, if we can keep the masses stupid and ignorant and forbid them to think for themselves, we will be all powerful. And thus, religion was born.
Faith is nothing more than believing in something common sense and logic tell you not to believe. If I can get you to believe in the illogical, I can get you to believe in whatever I want regardless how ridiculous. Once this is accomplished, I then have ultimate power over you.
If you would use your heads to think for yourselves instead of using them to get a close-up look of the inside of your colons, you would be free of this lunacy.
