Cleveland Marathon Start Time and Winners Updates – The Cleveland Marathon is set to happen tomorrow at exactly 7:00 am. Parking downtown will be restricted, and it will be difficult if not impossible to drive across the route so check out the map above to be aware of the course.
For everyone’s information, the Cleveland Marathon began in 1978 in an effort to bring a positive and meaningful fitness event to the City of Cleveland. Apparently, the original course began at Cleveland State University and traveled west to Bay Village and back. Some of the race’s most tremendous growth has occurred under the Rite Aid Pharmacy sponsorship since 2003, in which time race participation has grown 100 percent.
