65 Killed In Bengal Train Accident

65 passengers of a Maharashtra bound express train were dead early today and there are 200 injured individuals, this is because of a Maoist attack. This attack lead to derailment of 13 coaches, which five of the coaches were hit by a train loaded with goods coming from the opposite direction.
The bodies of the dead passengers were removed from the mangled remains of the wrecked coaches of the Howrah-Kurla Lokmanya Tilak Gyaneshwari Super Deluxe Express. Gas cutter was used to help take out the injured passengers.
In the meantime, 65 bodies were recovered but the number could still go up as they continue the rescue operation. The accident occurred at 1:30 am when the train was running between Khemasoli an Sardiya stations, which is about 135 kilometers from Southern Eastern Railway.
