This line is very famous around the world, an apple a day keeps the doctor away. A recent study was done which indicates that a couple of apples a day might keep the neurologists away.
Apple has antioxidants which help preserve memory by protecting brain cells against damage from free radicals. Aside from helping your memory and protecting the brain, apples have also been discovered to lower the risk for many cancers.
Research recommends that it is good to consume two-to-three apples or one-to-two 8 ounce glasses of apple juice each day to keep the body healthy.
