It is a dream of every NFL player to be able to participate in the prestigious Super Bowl competition. In the world of NFL, this is going to be the championship game of all championship games. This season’s Super Bowl would be the match between the Green Bay Packers and the Pittsburgh Steelers. It would be held live at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas this coming February 6, 2011. Super Bowl 2011 live stream updates would be posted in several sports sites for those who can’t make it to the stadium.
In has been inculcated in the minds of every NFL players that injury is inevitable. In fact, there is no football game wherein there is no injury. Sad to say, one of the key players of Pittsburgh Steelers obtained an injury which would prevent him to play to Super Bowl. Rookie center Maurkice Pouncey got a fracture in his ankle and a high ankle sprain. This can take four to six weeks to heal therefore he can’t join the Super Bowl XLV.
His position would be played by the second-year undrafted free agent Doug Legursky. He replaced Pouncey in the first quarter of last Sunday’s AFC Championship Game against the New York Jets, and the team did not appear to struggle much with the change at center.
